We are available Monday - Friday
8:30am until 2:30pm. During the holiday season ( November 1st -
December 22nd ) we have extended hours ~ Call us for an
appointment.

What is your guarantee policy? |
We have a 100% guarantee. If for
any reason you are not satisfied simply return your product of a
full refund.

What will the gift basket look like? |
It will be beautiful! All our
baskets are wrapped with cellophane, clear or printed. Each basket
will have our signature hand made bow. Our baskets make a lasting
impression. We have been told that they are too pretty to
open!

Can I personalize my basket orders? |
Yes! Call us with your special
request and we will create a gift that is tailored to your
recipient.

Can I personalize the message to the recipient? |
Every basket includes a free gift
card with your personal message.

I have more than one basket to order, can I order in quantity? |
Yes! For quantity orders of 12 or
more just give one of our helpful gift consultants a call and they

Do you offer a discount on quantity orders? |
We offer a 5% discount on orders
over $ 5000.00. Discounts do not apply to shipping & tax charges.

How long will the gourmet foods stay fresh? |
The gourmet foods are best
consumed within 6-9 months.

| Will the basket contents be the same as pictured? |
In most cases the contents will
be the same. We make changes to our inventor based on new and
unique items and availability of product. We do reserve the right
to make substitutions of equal or greater value to ensure the best
quality and freshness of products.

How will my basket be delivered? |
We offer personalized hand
delivery of your gift basket in the Chicagoland area. Or delivery
service covers Chicago and over 300 suburbs. Orders placed by
10:00am Monday - Friday will be delivered the same day. The hand
delivery charge is $10.95

|
How will my basket be shipped? |
Deliveries outside the Chicago
area will be shipped UPS ground. Air and expedited shipments must
be specified when ordering.

Where do you ship to? |
We ship throughout the U.S. We
can not ship to P.O. boxes or foreign countries.

Why do you need the recipient's phone number? |
In order to qualify for
guaranteed delivery service we must have the recipient's phone
number.

| What forms of payments do you accept? |
We accept Visa, Master Card,
American Express and Discover credit cards. You may also pay by
check or money order. Direct billing is available with credit
approval.
